Salpicón de marisco | Seafood Cocktail
Hi there cocinero! Today I show you how to prepare salpicón de marisco (seafood cocktail). It’s easy, quick, fresh and healthy!

Difficulty: I can light the stove
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
150g cooked and peeled king prawns
200g fresh mussels
8 seafood sticks
1 garlic clove
STEP BY STEP
Steam cook the mussels with a little bit of water and the juice of a lemon until they open. Remember to clean them before. Remove from the heat once opened and remove the shells.
Chop the prawns and the seafood sticks and mix with the mussels.
Chop the tomato, the cucumber, the onion, the bell peppers and the parsley and mix with the seafood. Don’t forget to add the olives!
I love dressing it with olive oil + vinegar/lemon juice + chopped garlic 😛
