Gazpacho andaluz


Oh… Gazpacho… Such a delicious and fresh treat!

(This is definitely a must-try dish if you travel to the south of Spain)

Hi there cocinero! Today I show you how to prepare a healthy gazpacho andaluz. It is so easy to prepare, it literally takes only 5 minutes! It is full of flavour, just make sure you don’t suffer from stomach problems because the raw onion, bell pepper and garlic are quite strong together.

Serves: 2

Difficulty: I’m a pro peeling potatoes



5 ripe tomatoes

1/2 green bell pepper

1/2 onion

1/2 cucumber

1 garlic clove

some bread

extra virgin olive oil





Roughly chop all the ingredients and mix together.

Blend. Add the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

And your gazpacho is ready! Easy right? I like adding some grated cucumber on top and extra olive oil when serving it.
